Are you the type of person who loves turning creative ideas into clear, well-run systems? We're looking for a Creative Operations Specialist to help manage the systems and workflows that support high quality marketing and design projects from start to finish.

This position will support the creative workflow, from intake to delivery, by managing projects, prioritizing work, coordinating resources, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget to NCG's brand standards. This is an ideal position for an individual who loves systems, details, and processes, and who thrives behind the scenes, making great creative work possible.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Coordinate creative project intake (i.e. receive, log, triage, prioritize design/marketing requests).
- Manage and monitor project timelines, deadlines and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Allocate and coordinate team resources (i.e. designers, writers, vendors, etc.) to match project needs and capacity.
- Enforce and maintain adherence to design request process and related documentation standards.
- Support quality assurance efforts by reviewing deliverables for completeness, consistency and alignment with brand and design standards.
- Assist with budget management by keeping track of budgets, monitor spending, and collaborating with Creative Senior manager on approvals and adjustments.
- Identify and highlight workflow bottlenecks, propose process improvements and help implement changes.
- Support post-project archival and documentation for reference, audits and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Design or a related field or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of five years of professional experience in communications, marketing, creative services, or a related field.
- Minimum of five years of experience in creative operations, creative project coordination, production management, or similar roles (agency or in-house).
- Experience supporting quality assurance and/or reviewing creative deliverables for quality and brand management.
- Experience assisting with budget tracking or financial oversight for creative projects.
- Familiarity with project management or workflow tools (e.g. Asana, Trello, Jira, Wrike or similar).

- Home Office (Contiguous U.S.): Eligible if within 100 miles of a major airport and has sufficient internet bandwidth and mobile phone service.
- Paul, MN Office: Workstations available at 2610 University Ave W, with free parking and access to the Green Line Light Rail (Westgate Station).
