What You’ll Do:

•         Lead cases from start to finish with autonomy and strategic input
•         Negotiate with insurance companies and manage settlements
•         Supervise paralegals and optimize case workflows
•         Draft pleadings, motions, and review discovery
•         Participate in depositions, mediations, and trials

Requirements

Qualifications:

•         5-15 years litigation experience, preferably in personal injury
•         Active WA and/or OR Bar license (both preferred)
•         Strong organization, client interaction, and drafting skills
