The Housing Authority of the City of Calexico (“Authority”) invites qualified and experienced grant writers and/or consulting firms to submit qualifications to provide Professional Grant Writing Services in accordance with U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) procurement requirements.

The selected firm or individual will assist the Authority in identifying, developing, and preparing competitive grant applications to secure funding for new construction, rehabilitation, preservation of affordable housing, and other eligible community development initiatives.

Targeted funding sources include, but are not limited to: HUD, HCD, USDA, FHLB, CDBG, HOME, CalHFA, and any other applicable federal, state, or local programs.

Submission Deadline: January 7, 2026 (no later than 11:00 a.m. PST)
