Description
Morgantown Elks Lodge #411 is seeking an experienced Short-Order Cook to support evening kitchen operations. Service includes Wing Nights, Friday dinner specials, live band events, special events, and high-volume WVU home football weekends.
Responsibilities:
Prepare menu items including wings, burgers, sandwiches, appetizers, and rotating specials
Maintain food quality, consistency, and portion control
Work efficiently during high-volume service
Follow food safety and sanitation standards
Complete opening and closing kitchen duties
Requirements:
Requirements
Previous short-order cook experience required
Valid Food Handler’s Card required
ServSafe certification preferred
At least one professional reference required
Background check required
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Compensation: Competitive hourly wage based on experience.
