Company History
March of 2009, MegaCorp Logistics was established in Wilmington, NC by Denise & Ryan Legg and received DOT operating authorities.
In 2016, MegaCorp is ranked in the Top 50 Freight Brokerage Firms by Transport Topics. MegaCorp is voted in the Greater Cincinnati Top Workplaces. Revenue totaled $114 million by EOY.
In early 2017, Denise Legg steps down as CEO, Ryan Legg becomes CEO. At the end of 2017, revenue totaled $191 million (66% growth).
2018-2020, Revenue continued to grow reaching $349 million by the end of 2020.
2020-2023, Revenue totaled $880 million at the end of 2023.
2024, Our goal is to advance our business and continue to focus on community outreach.
We currently have 7 office locations: Wilmington, NC (headquarters), Cincinnati, OH, Jacksonville, FL, Elkins, & Morgantown, WV, recently opened Charlotte, NC and Charleston, SC.
