Company Profile

Resilient Coders

Company Overview

One of the great battles of our generation is slipping by, unnoticed by too many of us: equitable access to the economy. With the income gap consistently widening, and with roughly half of Americans not seeing a raise in almost four decades, we have hit a crisis point.

Resilient Coders believes in social justice through economic empowerment, and in the opportunity for meritocracy in tech. This isn't about one-off camps or hackathons. This is about meaningful change.

The idea behind our Resilient Coders bootcamp is a simple one. Introduce historically overlooked talent to object oriented programming and give them the tools they need to graduate as full-stack JavaScript developers so that they have access to sustainable high growth careers.

At Resilient Coders (1) our bootcamp is tuition free, (2) we never ask graduates to pay us back, and (3) we pay a stipend of $500/bi-weekly during bootcamp so students can focus on learning.

The community created through the alumni, mentors, instructors, and staff is one that is unmatched. It is a lively community that provides and abundance of resources, network, and continued support.

Resilient Coder graduates have secured full-time, high-paying positions at companies such as Audible, AthenaHealth, and Wayfinder.
