We are currently partnering with a well-known national company seeking an experienced Contract Employment Attorney to provide immediate support on a variety of employment and HR-related legal matters.

This opportunity offers the chance to work directly with business leaders and legal stakeholders on EEOC responses, administrative proceedings, mediation support, employment investigations, and day-to-day employment counseling in a flexible and collaborative environment.

What We're Looking For:

• Significant employment law experience required
• Active membership and good standing with the Washington State Bar Association
• Extensive EEOC, administrative agency, and employment claim experience strongly preferred
• Experience handling mediation position statements, agency responses, and employment-related disputes
• Ability to independently assess legal issues, identify missing information, and develop practical solutions
• Strong judgment, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience advising employers on a broad range of employment matters
• Additional business law or corporate experience is a plus
• Self-starter who thrives with minimal supervision and can quickly get up to speed on complex matters

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive contract compensation, approximately $100/hour
