ASBA Limited is seeking an experienced and proactive Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the organisation and support the successful delivery of our strategic priorities.
Reporting directly to the CEO, this role is responsible for ensuring ASBA operates efficiently, effectively, and professionally across systems, projects, administration, reporting, stakeholder support, and organisational processes. The position also provides leadership to a small team and works closely with external service providers and contractors.
About the Role
This is a broad and rewarding role suited to an experienced operations professional who enjoys managing multiple priorities, improving systems, coordinating projects, and working across all aspects of organisational operations.
About You
You are highly organised, solutions-focused, and able to balance strategic thinking with practical implementation.
You will bring:
- At least five years' experience in operations management, organisational administration, project management, or a comparable leadership role.
- Strong experience improving systems, processes, and organisational effectiveness.
- Excellent project coordination and reporting skills.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders, service providers, and competing priorities
- Strong technology capability, including Microsoft 365 and cloud-based business systems.
- Outstanding organisational, communication, and relationship management skills.
- The ability to work independently, exercise sound judgement, and take ownership of outcomes.

- Managing organisational systems and technology platforms.
- Coordinating strategic and operational projects.
- Preparing organisational and performance reports.
- Supporting delivery of key organisational initiatives and partnerships.
- Managing outsourced providers and contractors.
- Providing leadership and support to a small team.
- Supporting governance and compliance activities, including Board and committee administration.
