Description

We are seeking a full-time Purchasing Assistant with at least two years of experience in a purchasing or procurement environment.

Responsibilities
Data entry for quotes, purchase orders, sales orders, and invoices in our ERP system (Quantum/Component Control)
Communicating with vendors to obtain pricing and availability of aircraft parts and equipment
Purchasing parts and invoicing overseas clients
Preparing export shipping documentation and coordinating with freight forwarders, AES, FedEx, and UPS
General office tasks supporting the purchasing team
